By accessing or using https://qraonline.com(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QraOnline provides a free and paid Learning Management System (LMS) designed for schools, training centers, and language centers. Features include student management, scheduling, finance tracking, online meetings, e-learning, and more.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a center administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or any part of it.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

The free Starter plan is provided at no cost and includes features described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed according to the terms stated at checkout. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at legal@qraonline.com within 14 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

All content, design, and software comprising the QraOnline platform are the property of QraOnline or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Content you upload (e.g., course materials, student data) remains your property. You grant QraOnline a limited license to host and display that content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. QraOnline does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QraOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where QraOnline is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts.
